True Lion Home Care was founded by a unique duo: Crystal, an experienced Registered Nurse, and her husband, James, a Compliance Officer.

 

With over a decade of experience in a hospital med-Surg, ICU, and home health settings, Crystal brings deep clinical knowledge and a personal commitment to compassionate care. She founded True Lion after witnessing a loved one's desire to age at home with dignity and safety.

James, a Compliance Officer, is the agency's silent guardian. His 13 year background in financial oversight and elder protection ensures our operations are not just compassionate, but also transparent, secure, and fair. He founded True Lion alongside Crystal, driven by a passion to safeguard seniors from financial exploitation.
